This Bull Pool Float Turns Any Pool Into a Rodeo
The GoFloats Buckin' Bull is a 45-inch ride-on bull pool float with a 500+ pound weight rating, made for teens and adults. Instead of another plain lounger drifting around the shallow end, it's a full bucking bull — the kind of inflatable that changes what people actually do at a pool party, because now there's something to climb aboard and try to tame.
It only takes one volunteer to start the show. Someone wades up, hauls aboard and does their best to stay on while the water does the bucking, and suddenly every other guest is a judge with an opinion and a phone out. That's the real appeal: it turns floating into a spectator sport, and the energy holds long after everyone's toes are wet.
What Makes This Inflatable Bull Worth Riding
- Huge, rideable size: At 45 inches wide and 32 inches tall with a 500+ pound rating, it has room for swimmers of all sizes — a proper mount, not a float that folds the moment an adult climbs on.
- Premium vinyl: Made of UV-treated raft-grade vinyl that's 25% thicker than the competition, tough enough for the pool, the lake, the river and even the ocean.
- Rapid Valve: Inflation and deflation run about 10 times faster than a traditional valve — roughly 2 minutes instead of 20 — so the rodeo starts when the party does.
- Bucking bull design: The whole float is the bull, head to tail, and it reads as a rodeo from clear across the pool, which is exactly the reaction you want.
- Light to haul: At 2.8 pounds, it's an easy carry from the garage to the water, or into the car for a lake day.
- California backup: GoFloats and its customer service team are based in Orange County, CA, so support is there if you ever need it.
Who This Bull Makes a Great Gift For
This is a present for the person whose backyard everyone gravitates to in summer: the friend who finally put in a pool, the lake-house host, the teen whose birthday lands right as swim season starts. It also makes a housewarming gift with a punchline — few things say "congratulations on the pool" like a 45-inch bull to put in it.
Summer birthdays, lake weekends, a just-because surprise for the self-appointed life of every party — the bull fits any occasion that ends with people in the water. It's the rare gift that gets inflated and used within the hour, and the unwrapping alone earns its keep.
Worth Knowing Before You Buy
A few honest notes: the manufacturer recommends it for swimmers ages 12 and up, so this isn't a kiddie float. It's also genuinely big at 45 inches across — great in the water, worth remembering when you pick where it lives between parties. And like any inflatable it arrives flat, though the Rapid Valve has it ride-ready in about two minutes.
If your summer crowd has mastered floating and is ready for something with a little more drama, go meet the bull — saddle up, hang on and let the rodeo come to your pool.
